We are pleased to announce the 19th International Conference on Cyclotrons and their Applications, CYCLOTRONS'10, to be held in Lanzhou, P.R.China, on September 6-10, 2010. This Conference is organized and hosted by Institute of Modern Physics (IMP), Chinese Academy of Sciences. It's the first time for a conference of the series which will be held in China. We would like to express our hearty welcome to all the participants. Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu province, is a major stop on the ancient "Silk Road", located at the upper reaches of the Yellow River. Fuxi, a legendary ruler of great antiquity in China, and Nvwa, the Goddess who patched the holes in the sky, once led the primitive people in this land to hunt and fish, keep records by tying knots and deduce Eight Trigrams, starting with a historic prelude of brilliance and extraordinariness of the Chinese Nation. Today, Lanzhou has become an important heavy industrial base in the western China. In Lanzhou, everyone will be interesting in her unique charm. The venue of the CYCLOTRONS'10, the Ning-Wo-Zhuang Hotel, is a beautifule scenery and garden-style architectures. With advanced equipments, elegant decorations and satisfying environment, the venue provides participants warm services of fruitful scientific discussions in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. This conference website provides information concerning the scientific program as well as registration, accommodation and social activities. All colleagues intending to participate in the conference should take note of the deadlines for registration and reservation of accommodation. Information at this site will be regularly updated to include the latest information as it becomes available. We look forward to meeting you in Lanzhou in this coming September.
