Sponsorship Application Form of CYCLOTRONS'10 (pdf, doc)
The Institute of Modern Physics, Lanzhou, China, are organizing the 19th International Conference on Cyclotrons and their Applications (CYCLOTRONS’10) that will be held from September 6th to September 10th, 2010. The location of the conference will be at the Ning-Wo-Zhuang Hotel in downtown Lanzhou.The detailed information on the Conference can be found in the website http://cyclotrons10.impcas.ac.cn.
More than 250 experts in the field of cyclotrons have attended the last conference held in Giardini Naxos, Italy, in 2007. We expect that at least 200 participants will attend cyclotrons’10.
The Conference will consist of oral and poster sessions. As usual, there will be industrial exhibitions and sponsors. Sponsors of the cyclotrons’10 will have the opportunity to promote their products and services directly to the ~200 technical experts in the fields of cyclotrons which are related to ion sources, magnets, vacuum, rf system, power supplies, electronics, control system and so on.
Exhibiting sponsors can ultilize 3 x 2 m2 booth, each including 1 desk, 3 chairs and 2 vertical expositive panels, in which to display and explain their products/services in booths located at the entry/exit point of the conference poster sessions, a high traffic area. The exhibition will be open from Monday (9/6/2010) through Friday morning (9/10/2010). The cost of each expositive booth is 1200 € including the registration of one participant to the Conference.
Alternatively, sponsors could also ultilize a bill board space 1 x 1.5 m2 upon which to display company information which will be situated in the main auditorium visible during all oral presentations. The cost of each board is 800€ including the registration of one participant to the Conference.
The name of the sponsor companies will appear both on the Abstract book of contributions and on the conference proceedings, and will additionally be inserted in the web page of the conference.
We are also looking for a sponsor of the conference working dinner, who will have his logo and other information imprinted in the dinner place of the hotel. The sponsor cost for one dinner is 1000 €.

Invoices and/or receipts can be issued before or right after the payment of the sponsorship fee. Fees for nontechnical assistants will be charged in a separate transaction and a receipt will be provided during registration in Lanzhou.
Displays, equipment, and supplies may be shipped to Lanzhou so that it arrives before September 4, 2009. The items should be addressed to:
